Throughout my teaching career, I have seen first-hand how reading can open doors for children. I’ve also seen the challenges many families face when it comes to encouraging reading at home. That’s what inspired me to create Little Reading Wins.

Little Reading Wins was developed to make reading feel enjoyable, achievable and rewarding for every child. Through our reading app, children can discover great books, track their progress and celebrate the small successes that build their confidence and drive their motivation. The aim is simple: to help more children develop positive reading habits and a lifelong love of reading.

My passion for children’s books extends beyond the app. As an author, I have published Dottie’s Tall Tales and Ramesh’s Rage, both inspired by the curiosity, creativity and everyday experiences I encounter in the classroom. I also create practical resources and guides for schools and parents, helping them support children’s reading journeys both in school and at home.

Alongside this, I work with fellow authors to develop educational resources that bring stories to life in the classroom, including activity sheets, discussion prompts and lesson materials that help children engage more deeply with books.

Everything I create, whether it’s a book, a resource or the Little Reading Wins app, is driven by the same mission: to help every child experience the joy of reading and discover that even the smallest reading wins can be the start of something life-changing.
